Winter in a Climate Change World?

A lot of people have countered information about global warming by claiming that severe winters negate the existence of climate change. That conversation hasn’t necessarily surfaced to the same degree this year in the United States, given our ‘non-winter winter’, but Europe has battled unusually cold temperatures in 2011-2012.
